By entering the urbanshop website and confirming it, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions set forth on the website.

When registering on the site, you will see a window in which, after agreeing to the terms and conditions, you automatically agree to all the terms written on the site. If you want to purchase a product using a bank card that did not ask for authorization, the order will be canceled and not activated, and for re-ordering you will need to go to your profile, shopping cart and perform the operation again.

To make a purchase by wire transfer, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail marked "Not paid", after which within 1 hour you should transfer the amount to any account specified in the invoice, enter the order number in the "payment reason", which will be indicated in the left part of the invoice, and return the attached document by e-mail.

In both cases, the order must be verified by the operator. The Company has the right to cancel the registration and account of the User in case of violation of the requirements stipulated by the legislation and unscrupulous actions. The prices are indicated on the site in GEL and in currency, including VAT, payment must be made only in GEL in accordance with the legislation of Georgia. The prices on the site can be changed at any time by the company unilaterally.

Return policy

The paid amount will be returned if the purchased goods are not found in stock and/or the characteristics of the purchased goods do not correspond to the characteristics described on the site.

In the event of damage to the purchased goods during transportation, the buyer has the right to demand a replacement of the goods or a refund.

The refund will be made within 2 (two) working days by returning the money to the buyer's account.

The refund of the amount paid by card on the site is carried out by transfer to the user's bank account within 2 (two) working days.

Terms of delivery

The order is delivered to the address specified by the user for free in territory of Tbilisi. The delivery time of the order is 2 working days in Tbilisi (free of charge) and 4 days in the regions with the addition of transport costs. The amount of transportation in the region is added upon preliminary agreement between the operator and the customer.
